Ridiculously Happy PPL Podcast by Sophia Lemon

I’m Sophia Lemon, and I photograph ridiculously happy people, love baseball, and consume loose leaf tea like it’s going out of style.

This show is for you, the type of ridiculously happy person I love to work with. Together we are going to step out of our discomfort, self doubt, and self consciousness, and embrace the natural joy that can be found in our lives each day. Because happiness isn’t found in cars and vacation homes.

My passion is found in self love and self care, and I am heavily influenced by health and productivity. In fact, once upon a time I thought I wasn’t photogenic, and I find many of my clients think the same thing. But I’ve come to learn it’s not about how much makeup you wear or the size of your waist that makes you look good in photos. It’s that true sense of happiness with ones self.

That’s what this show is about. It’s about seeing yourself the way your family and friends do. You are a beautiful soul full of life and laughter, and you deserve to be acutely aware of that fact! Pop me in your ears and listen for insight into living your fabulous life the way you’ve always dreamed.

The podcast is currently on hiatus, but will be back soon!

Why?? I know you have a friend who could use a little motivation, inspiration, or some great tips for taking better photos of her kids. This show is a great resource for her. Share it with her below:

Meet Sophia Lemon

Hey there! That’s me, Sophia Lemon, and I am your host for this show!

I guess you’d like to know a little bit about me. And here it is:

I’m an avid softball player, tea drinker, and poutine eater. I am passionate about productivity and self care, and on any given day you might find me on a hiking trail, in the gym, on the ball diamond, or in one of my favourite coffee shops in Southwestern Ontario.

Over the years I’ve felt varying degrees of sexiness, but until recently I believed I wasn’t photogenic. I thought I was just one of those people who didn’t look good on camera. And I should have known better. After all, I make my living making people just like me see how great they truly are. What changed everything for me was seeing myself the way my friends and family do in photos; laughing and having a great time. Because I was totally myself in those photos.

For me, photography is so much more than documenting a moment in time. The whole experience should make you feel amazing, beautiful, and totally in love with yourself. And if you’d like to know more about how to make that happen, listen on!
