Meghan + Marshall’s Elegant Wedding

If you’ve ever met my brother you’ll understand what I mean when I say he is a bit unique. He is highly entertaining, a great speaker, incredibly generous, and–well–a geek. It’s a characteristic we love about Marshall. As you look through these photos, though you won’t see the zombie apocolypse-themed photos which he and his best man absolutely insisted on taking, you will see hints of his love for everything nerdy. It’s in the Tardis full of Oreos, the nods to is life-long hero Superman, and his best man’s brand new Punisher cufflinks. But if you don’t look carefully you might get totally swept up by what I can only describe as the love of his life: Meghan.

For 10 years Meghan has been a part of our lives. At this point we feel entitled to affectionately tease her for bearing the brunt of Marshall’s frequent fandom-inspired tangents. The truth is, though, no super hero, far-off land, or phone-booth-time-machine has ever commanded such a significant part of Marshall’s heart. Because my brother is immune to all methods of mind control (trust me, he’s been my brother for 26 years so I know), it is clear that Meghan is something really special. Super, perhaps?
